Welcome to Purposely Stained

Someone recently asked me, "Why are you doing all of this?"

The answer is simple, even if it took me a long time to say it out loud.

In the grand scheme of things, it's just me.

No matter what I once imagined my future would look like, no matter how many stars I wished upon as a child, and no matter how many times I hoped life would unfold differently, when the noise quiets and the day comes to an end, it is me. I have had to learn how to survive that.

I want to be clear that these words do not come from a place of hurt, victimhood, depression, bitterness, or negativity. They come from acceptance. They come from finally understanding myself and my story.

I spend much of my life looking through the glass. I watch people with close-knit families, lifelong friendships, and relationships that seem to provide a sense of belonging and safety. I watch people have a place to land, a person to call, and a tribe that gathers around them. For much of my life, I feel like the spare. The extra seat. The afterthought. The person who is good enough to be included, but not always chosen.

For a long time, that reality hurts. I wonder why I always seem to be standing outside the window, looking in.

But now, I see the purpose.

The people standing outside the glass notice things that the people inside often miss. We recognize loneliness. We recognize exclusion. We recognize the silent ache of wanting somewhere to belong. We understand what it feels like to question our place in the world and, at times, even our purpose in it.

Somewhere, there are people who know exactly what that feels like. There are people who wake up every day trying to convince themselves to keep going. People who are exhausted from carrying the weight of their own minds, their own stories, and their own pain. People who are trying to survive themselves.

Those are my people.

That is who I do this for.

Because I know what it feels like to need a hand and find none. I know what it feels like to need someone to say, "I see you," and hear only silence. I know what it feels like to wonder whether being here makes any difference at all.

What I understand now is that I wasn't being punished. I was being prepared.

The years of feeling like the spare taught me how to notice the people who feel forgotten. The years of standing outside the glass taught me how to create doors. The years of surviving myself taught me how to sit beside others while they are trying to do the same.

Purposely Stained™ is not built from bitterness. It is built from understanding. It is built from the belief that the very things that make us feel different, unseen, or misplaced can become the bridge that connects us to others.

If I can be a crutch for someone whose legs are tired, a bridge for someone trying to get to the other side of their pain, or a soft place for someone who has nowhere to put their hurt, then my life and my still being here mean something.

Maybe I am not meant to fit neatly into someone else's family, friendship, or circle.

Maybe I am meant to create one.

A place where the overlooked, the exhausted, the imperfect, and even the unhinged can come exactly as they are and simply be. A place without performances, without masks, and without judgment.

And that's the legacy I want to leave.

Not fame. Not titles. Not applause.

I want to leave behind a space where, for a moment, a person no longer has to stand outside the glass looking in. A place where they can come inside, exhale, and rest for a while.

A place where they don't have to explain themselves, shrink themselves, or pretend they are okay. A place where they can put their armor down, even if only for a moment, and simply exist.

Because sometimes survival isn't about having all the answers. Sometimes it's about finding somewhere safe enough to rest.

That's what Purposely Stained™ is to me.

It's a door for the people who have spent their lives standing outside the glass.

It's a seat for the people who have always been the spare.

It's a reminder that there is room for you here.

There always was.

And if you are standing outside the glass, come sit with me.

I built this place for people like us.

You Don't Have to Survive Yourself Here!

This is a space for the overlooked, the weary, and the people who have spent their lives carrying more than they should have had to. For the ones who learned to be strong because they had no other choice. For the ones who have spent so much time surviving that they no longer remember what it feels like to simply be.

This is for the people standing outside the glass, the spares, the caretakers, the overthinkers, and the ones who hold everyone else together while quietly coming undone themselves.

Here, you don't have to perform. You don't have to explain your scars, minimize your pain, or prove that you're worthy of taking up space.

You can come exactly as you are.

Tired. Uncertain. Hopeful. Messy. Healing. Unhinged.

You can bring your questions, your grief, your dreams, and the pieces of yourself you've been carrying alone.

Come in.

Exhale.

Put your bags down for a while.

Rest here.

You don't have to survive yourself here.

The Work of Becoming

At Purposely Stained™, I don't believe your struggles happened without purpose, nor do I believe your story ends with survival.

This is a space for the people who have carried too much for too long. The people who have been the strong one, the spare, the caretaker, the overachiever, and the person who quietly wonders, "Who takes care of me?"

Through personalized coaching experiences, reflective conversations, and transformational resources, I help individuals explore their stories, reclaim their identities, and uncover purpose in places they once only saw pain.

Together, we'll examine the beliefs, experiences, and survival strategies that shaped you, not to erase them, but to understand them and decide what still belongs in the life you're creating.

The goal isn't perfection.

The goal is wholeness.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about finding your way back to yourself.

🌿 Stained to Sovereign™ Coaching

Reclaiming the Woman Beneath Survival

Life has a way of teaching us how to survive, but survival isn't the same as living.

Through one-on-one coaching, I help individuals explore their stories, identify the beliefs and experiences that have shaped them, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that were buried beneath responsibility, trauma, disappointment, and expectation.

Together, we'll move beyond simply getting through life and begin the work of becoming who you were always meant to be.

🌿 Purpose & Possibility

Rediscovering What Comes Next

Sometimes the question isn't, "What do I want to do?" It's, "Who am I now?"

Whether you're navigating a life transition, questioning your next steps, or feeling disconnected from yourself, this work creates space to explore your values, strengths, and purpose with intention.

You don't have to have everything figured out.

You simply need a place to begin.

🌿 Resilience & Restoration

Because Survival Shouldn't Be Your Permanent Address

Many of us become experts at carrying heavy things.

Responsibilities.
Grief.
Expectations.
Silence.

Resilience isn't about pretending life doesn't hurt. It's about learning how to move forward without abandoning yourself in the process.

This work is about building the courage to heal, the strength to rest, and the capacity to believe that your story can hold both pain and purpose.
